For the past 9 years B3Partners operates as a full service buro with a profesional range of internet applications. Besides our Content Management System we develop and implement Geographical Information Systems for our customers.

We encourage the principle of fixed cost regarding our projects. This avoids unpleasant surprises for our customers!

Depending on the specific project at hand our approach can involve:

  • intake, to survey the organisational requirements
  • proposal, including fixed price, based on the survey
  • information analysis, resulting in functional and technical designs
  • database design, whether existing databases or new ones
  • application development, Rapid Prototyping for quick feed back
  • testing, functional quality control
  • hand over, to users including training and help desk

We develop applications based on Open Source and according widely used Open Standards. Therefore customers have acces to the codes for future reference. This enables them to be supplier independent as well as to operate more cost effective.

Our customers include semi-governmental bodies, provinces and municipalities throughout The Netherlands.

We are co-initiator of the unique collaboration of all the pure players in the field of Open GIS in the Netherlands; The Open Geo Groep (Group). The group's activities involve:

  • joint product development
  • joint marketing and sales
  • joint project execution
  • joint user training
  • joint customer support
