Our services and approach in more detail:

Before any application can be developed a thorough understanding of the organisational needs is required. We have extensive experience regarding

  • Organisational strategy and ICT
  • Business Process (re-)Design
  • Change management
  • Information and Knowledge Management
  • Functional design and GUI's

The succes of any development project is largely dependent on the quality of project approach and management. We work according the Dynamic System development Methodology (DSDM). This method allows for changes in requirements during the time of the project without increasing the costs. Compared to the traditional waterfall method DSDM ensures the much needed flexibility. In todays fast changing enviroment a necessity to finsh projects in time and within budget.

Our project managers perform according well established principles (e.g. Prince 2) and typically focus on:

  • Budget control
  • Planning and deliverables
  • Buy-in from stakeholders

The actual development of applications is the responsibility of our team of developers. They work according well known principles and methods, which enable them to maintain a high standard of quality:

  • UML schemes to capture customer demands
  • Open Source tools, which are well tried and tested
  • Rapid Prototyping for early feed back and control

Increasingly customers focus on their core business and competences. As a result the ICT-function is often outsourced. B3Partners acts as oursourcing partner for a number of large and medium-sized organisations with regard to:

  • customer support and helpdesk
  • Hosting, upgrades and service management
  • ITIL procedures
  • Softwareas a Service (SaaS) also known as Application Service Provision (ASP)
